What data and why

We process the name, contact details, dates and note from your enquiry to reply and handle your booking (pre-contractual steps and accommodation contract). On arrival we record data in the guest register as required by law. Invoice and payment data are processed under accounting and tax rules.

Recipients

We do not sell data. It is processed only by our providers of server and e-mail services (in the EU) and by authorities where the law requires (e.g. registration of foreign guests).

Retention

Enquiries that did not become a stay are deleted within one year at the latest. Stay data and the guest register are kept for the period required by law, accounting records for 10 years.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to us. You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. When you send the form, only one necessary cookie (form protection) is used; it expires when you close your browser.
