Booking and stay terms

Booking

An enquiry via the website, e-mail or phone is non-binding. The booking becomes binding once we confirm it by e-mail or phone.

Deposit and payment

We take no deposit for direct bookings. You pay on departure by card or in cash; an invoice is available on request.

Cancellation

Direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge – please let us know as soon as possible. Bookings made via Booking.com follow Booking.com's conditions.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. Other times by arrangement.

Children and extra beds

Children under 12 have breakfast at the children's price. Please request a baby cot or extra bed in advance (see price list).

Pets

Dogs are welcome, fee as per price list.

City tax

The local city tax of Kremnica is added to the price as per price list.

Guest register

On arrival we need ID details from every guest – this is required by law.
